How long have you had your LJ: Just about 8 years.

What does your username mean: It is my initials including the junior on the end.

What is your favorite thing about LJ: It lets me communicate with a lot of people from all over the world.

What is your least favorite thing about LJ: It doesn't always work.

What is your motivation on Live Journal? I've kept a journal for most of my life. I transferred it on line with LJ. But, I've always tried to write things down as they happen. The only real difference between what I write here and what I kept off line is here I get comments.

Have you ever met anyone on your F List in real life? When I joined there were already a lot of folks on LJ that I knew in real life. Many of them have drifted off. But, I've made many new friends here. There are a few folks I knew on LJ first and then met in real life.
Currently 56% of my friends list I have never met. (I do have a chart, but I'm not putting it up right now...)

Where do you live: North eastern USA, fairly close to Boston.

Do you have an accent? I'm told I do. But not from where I grew up. I'm normally told I speak like I'm from the southern USA. But, I've never lived south of the Massachusetts border.

Do you have pets: Not at this time.

Do you/Did you go to school: I have a degree in mechanical engineering.

Do you work: Yes.

Where/What do you do: I am the head of mechanical engineering for a product group in a robot company. We make cryogenic storage systems mostly freezing medical samples at liquid nitrogen temperatures.
