Floor muffins for breakfast

This morning I made blueberry muffins for breakfast.
As I shook them out of the pan I noticed one was hollow.


Then, I saw the other part of it. I guess the outer crust stuck to the pan, but the inside didn’t.


The good news is there were still plenty left for breakfast.

i might have eaten the floor one. just sayin'. we larped at a site with excessive blueberry production this weekend, but i never got to pick more than what i could fit in my stomach in ten minutes while waiting for a module to begin. very sad there may not be another batch of blueberry muffins here. those look great. :)
