That was unpleasant

Last night we met my aunt and her husband for dinner at a Japanese restaurant near where they live.

To be honest, it wasn’t very good. The food was mediocre, the service slow, the room very loud, but at least it was expensive.
(I shouldn’t complain about that. My aunt and her husband paid. That made me feel bad, but they REALLY wanted to. They got there early and talked with the waitress to make sure they got the bill and not me.)

I had the "sushi special" which is random things of sushi. It wasn’t very good. But, I didn’t think much of it at the time.

As we finished dinner I started to feel quite bad. On the drive home I was feeling very queazy.

I spend the night sick. It was very unpleasant in pretty much every way.
Now, 15 hours later I am starting to feel better.

But, my wife is off setting up the tent for tomorrow’s job and I did not go and help her. That’s because I really can’t be too far away from the bathroom even now.
I feel bad about that, but I think it is better I stay here.

Don’t think I’ll be going back to that sushi place. Based on the "results" I saw over night I don’t actually think it was the sushi that made me sick. I think it was that on top of the subway sub I had at lunch.
But, still…
