I would love a magic carpet... reading about them in the Incantations of Immortality series by Piers Anthony has made me really want a lovely expensive flying carpet!

I would travel by TARDIS. I'd like to be able to sleep until I'm ready to get up (probably noonish) and still show up to work at 9am.

Horse or Flying animal/creature (Pegasus, dragon, etc.) both work for me (a ride AND an animal friend!). Personal flying would be my next pick (though it'd be hell on your hair, ha).
