I got this from

<#> Post 3 things you've done in your lifetime that you don't think anybody else on your friends list has done.
<#> See if anybody else responds with "I've done that." If they have, you need to add another.
<#> Have your friends cut & paste this into their journal to see what unique things they've done in their life.
1) I made two science fiction movies back with silent 8mm film. The first in elementary school, the second in high school. (iMovie is so much easier...)
2) Took on all challengers for sword fights in a parking lot at night while wearing furry underwear for a party. (Did I mention I used to drink...)
3) Got kicked out of the Lincoln Memorial for sliding down the banisters of a national monument. (That was before I started drinking. I've never been back to it.)

Date: 2008-06-26 08:51 pm (UTC)OK, then for a replacement one:
I once was chased through a dorm by a cake wielding woman intent on hitting me in the face with it. She finally threw it across a stairway at me and got me in the side. (This is a lesson for people who may reply "well it is your birthday" to someone who says "I've always wanted to hit someone in the face with a cake.")

Date: 2008-06-26 09:10 pm (UTC)During college a buddy of mine knew some SCAdians and got some ductape swords and we were goofing around with them on the college green...Needless to say my faux skillz as a Samurai Master were obliterated by the quasi-general-grievous windmill like swinging of my buddy's two swords to my one. *rolls eyes*
I've been to the Lincoln Memorial, but did not slide down the banisters. The scale of the monument to me was astounding.
And, once after making a rather rude/smart-ass remark, got a full tray of icecubes put down my shirt by a friend in college. So, not exactly cake.

Date: 2008-06-26 10:14 pm (UTC)The sliding down the banisters was the important part, so I'm not going to replace that one.
The chase by cake wielder was the big thing, so pie chasing is closer than ice cube dumping.
But, keep trying.
