Game night March

As it is almost Saint Patrick’s day we decided to make corned beef for Game Night.
It started off as 13 pounds/6kg. Not sure what it was when it boiled down.
yebo did a stir fry cabbage to go with it and a bunch of people brought pie like items as it was 3/14.


There were a fair number of folks there.


When game time came I picked Frag as I thought it would be fast.


But, it kept going.


Others waited.


It kept going.


We finally all quit about 11:30.
I thought it would be fast. It normally is.
But, we normally don’t play with 8 people either…

Still a good night.

The corned beef was excellent, as were the pickled beets. The apple pi for Pi Day was also delicious. And of course the Irish brown soda bread went quickly. Good food, good company!
