I think what happened is their sales person sold them to someone else instead of sending them to us as they should. But, I'm told the sales guy has been out of touch since Christmas and they can't confirm that. So, they've made new ones for us. Or, so they say. Still no tracking number to confirm they are really in transit. And, this is the third time we've been told they'll ship.
