I dreamed I was at some sort of parade or road race. Something where
crowds of people line the sides of the road for long distances.

For reasons I don’t remember, I had to go and change my clothes. I found a
building that was open that looked like my old junior high school. In
there was a porto-john up against the front wall where the event was taking
place.

There have been plenty of shows with the sword troupe where I’ve needed to
change in a porto-john, so that wasn’t a problem.
The problem was that as I stood in there changing, there was some sort of
viewer thing to show you what was going on outside. But, it made it look
like you were out in the road going along the road.
So, while I was trying to get my pants on, it looked like I was zooming
down the road past the crowds.

When I got it to stop, and could see where I was, I realized I had put the
pants I took off in the sink and they were all wet.

I came out of it and looked for a place to wash my hands.
There was a janitor’s closet across from me, so I went there.
A janitor came up to me.
“Why didn’t you use the sink in there?” he asked me.

I looked back and saw the sink where I had placed my pants still dripping.
“I’m not used to porto-johns having sinks,” I said.
Dream ends

This was a very disorienting dream for me.
And, as always, trying to figure out what was stuck in my brain to create
it is interesting to me.

running in races lately. So the race part might come from that.

I had watched the “Honest Trailer” of the latest superman movie over the
weekend. In that movie he has trouble controlling the supervision. So,
maybe that is where the whole zooming down the road thing comes from.

I’m not sure about the rest. I’ve certainly had to change into and out of
costume in all sorts of strange places. But, not recently.
And, I don’t have any idea on the skink thing.

Ah well, dreams are just strange.
