Yeah, I'd have to say, it's the job of the facility to re-arrange the furniture for each rental.
I've had to deal with trying to convince people the museum is closed now and they have to leave now, etc.
actual "discussion" from earlier this year: P.A. "The Museum is now closed. The Gift Shop will remain open until 4:30" Me - "The museum is now closed, I'm sorry but you have to leave now" Person -"But the announcement said the museum is open until 4:30!!" Me - "The Gift Store is open until 4:30. The Museum closed at 4:00. It is now 4:10. Person -"But I just got here at 3:50 and they let me in for free!" Me - "And the museum still closes at 4:00 as it does every day." Person - "You need to do a better job of posting your hours!" Me - "Did the Front Desk tell you the museum closes at 4:00?" Person - "Well, yes, but they let me in for free and I just got here!!"
