Last night I had a dream that I was moving a lot of equipment out of a
field. In the dream I thought it was Phoenix Swords equipment, but it
looked far more like the stuff I work on at my day job.
I loaded a lot of equipment into a pickup truck and got in to drive it off
to where it was going.
But, I had the truck in reverse by accident, so it lurched backwards and
fell into a bit hole in the ground behind the truck.
Only the back wheels had fallen in, but it was a fairly deep hole with very
straight sides. So, the front wheels were not touching the ground.
I managed to get out of the cab of the truck by climbing out the window. I
grabbed the front bumper of the truck and gave it a few quick, hard, pulls
until the truck was back out of the hole.
I moved one of my work robotic gantries over the hole to stop anything from
falling in again.
Dream ends.

When I woke up from my dream I had rolled partially off the bed. In
getting back on, I managed to kick the air filter we keep near our bed,
making it tip over and slam the floor with a loud bang.
This woke my wife up, and me even more.
It took a bit to get back to sleep.

At work we have been moving lots of stuff to the new building, including
several loads by pickup truck. I have not driven the truck as it isn’t my
truck to drive. But, I have helped unload several loads.
Why this is tied up with Phoenix things in my dream isn’t clear to me.

With the move to the new office, and things that are/ have been going on with members of the troupe it's no wonder. Both jobs have things you love about them but they also have things you don't. Sounds like your brain is trying to figure out what to take with you moving forward, and you fear you are slipping back into old ways/ things. That's just my opinion, which isn't worth much.

Dreams are weird. They're supposed to be the brain's way of rationalising and cataloguing everything it has seen during the day, but in my experience, it gets all mixed up sometimes, with occasionally bizarre results.
