Adventures with food
Mar. 23rd, 2013 08:39 pmAs both my wife and I had not been feeling the best this week, we didn’t make any plans for today.
So, when we got up, we had nothing to do. We decided to drive off to Boston and go to the bakery from which the Winter Wizard brought those great croissants when he worked for me.

I wasn’t 100% sure where it was, but once you get close you can see the bright red Swiss cow on the roof.

And, their croissants are VERY good.

Was it worth a 70 mile round trip? Probably not on its own. But, we wanted to get out of the house and that’s worth a lot.
On the way home, we decided to stop at our favorite Indian restaurant in Framingham. It is very good. But, getting there can be a problem. Framingham is a major shopping area, and apparently everyone was shopping today.

So, if you can get there, it is great.

We waited out the traffic and it was very good.
We made a few other stops, but nothing major. We came home and ate leftovers for dinner.
