Strange dream (not Christmas at all)

fbhjrI dreamed that Phoenix Swords had been contracted to perform at a Buddhist celebration.
We were asked to carve big blocks of ice into the Chinese characters for good luck and prosperity.
We were given a small piece of paper showing what the letters were and we set to work. Once we were done there was a line of letters along the back of the patio for the party and we put a small flame behind each.
The man who hired us came back when we were done.
"Oh no!" he shouted. "You have not carved good luck, but 'summon the giant monster to destroy us all'."
"Sorry, we followed this sheet of paper as best we could," I said.
"Now, the monster will come and destroy us all!"
"Maybe you should have had someone who actually knows the letters carve them if there was a chance of this happening," I said.
"It is too late, the monster comes!" he shouted and ran off.
