I remember when it was the happiest place on Earth. Now it is where Dreams come true.
I wonder where the happiest place is now?
Anyhow, we got there.

Having some trouble with left and right, we were at the right end, but I thought we were at the wrong end.
So, we started walking. As we walked along the edge of the lake, we saw a really big balloon.

I suggested to my wife we take a ride in it. She is afraid of heights, so I was surprised when she said yes. But, I think she had yet to see how it tilts in the wind.

But, we got in, the helium was ready, the rope was let out and up we went.

The balloon goes up about 400 feet. You get a pretty good view from up there and can clearly see the other Disney parks.

I'm told you can see the ocean the other way. Maybe. That could be it right at the horizon. I'm not sure.

My wife did quite well.

Going up was pretty smooth. But, when they started winching us back down the wind made the whole balloon tilt pretty far to the side. And, the last few dozen feet were pretty rough.

I was still confused about which end we were meeting, so we kept walking as far as yet another pub.

I don't know. Shop for Ireland sounds more like a benefit to me than a pub.
We didn't eat there.
Anyhow, where we should be was sorted out and we met Mariness, her brother and her mother for lunch. It was a nice place with very good food.
Afterwards she took off for Disney parks unknown to roam about on her birthday and my wife and I continued to walk along the shore.
There was a T-Rex skeleton. I thought it was big until I saw the other one over it.

There was also a big dragon from Sleeping Beauty made of Legos.

We went back to the hotel, ate at the place across the parking lot from the hotel and got ready to head home tomorrow.
While getting ready to write this up on my iPad, I did look at one of my astronomy programs. It shows what the stars above you are.

Yep, Santa is on his rounds.
Hope the fireworks at Disney don't cause any trouble...
