I keep finding myself not getting active the way you do in writing to your [congressman]. I keep meaning to but like a new year's resolution, it gets put on the back burner.
Although it seems like many of the issues I'd wanted to comment on ended up getting passed or resolved in a way I found acceptable, so that adds to the thinking that I don't have to become as active as I had previously thought.
I know, that's a very slippery slope / bad road to travel, but there's always the chance for me to change that.
