We do have the same fucking mother! Seriously. When I was looking for cars, I was looking at all of these used cars that were maybe 5-8k, something I would've feasibly been able to pay off. She kept coming back at me with all of these almost new to new cars, saying that she wanted me to have something to be safe in for lots of years, something that would last, etc. Don't worry, I paid off the house, I don't need the money and you need a car to get to work. Then she would mention oh, and you do so much for her around the house (or go shopping for her) and you take your little brother all over, so you deserve it. Of course, once bought, the next words were 'well let's talk about a payment plan'. Horrible. What the fuck is wrong with these women?
