Metric strippers?

“I found two metric strippers out back,” my designer said yesterday.  “Did
you request them?”
“No, not me,” I said.  “That sounds more like something Smoking Dick would
want.”
“I didn’t order any strippers,” Smoking Dick said.  “Maybe my tech the
Pratt did.”
“I’ve got regular strippers,” The Pratt said.  “I don’t need metric ones.
Why would anyone need metric ones?”
“To strip metricly,” I said.

We asked everyone and no one would admit that they ordered metric
strippers, so they were just left sitting on the table by my office.  This
morning I found they were still there waiting for someone to put them to
use stripping.



Honestly, metric wire is pretty close to American Wire Gage and we can use
the AWG strippers on it just fine.
