Game night, snow & Swords
Feb. 12th, 2012 07:50 pmFriday night was game night. We made pies. Chicken pies, pork pies, beef pies and sausage pies. Other pies were also brought.
We played a game we bought in Salem last week about colonial life. (Not the insurance company.)

Other things went on I can not explain.

This seemed to scare

So, we played Tim’s dice game.

Saturday it was supposed to snow. So, we planned a day in.
When I woke up in the morning there was enough snow to make the grass outside more white than green. Even that was gone an hour later.
But, we still did most of the day in.
The only trip out was to go to storage, the bookstore, Target and the supermarket all at the same plaza.
Today we had sword practice. Only 2 more left before GCRF, and this is the last with all the fighters.

So, we did out best to get all the fights done.

Devon is pretty good at being bendy, so this is used a lot in fights.

But, he did get to discover why my wife’s fire trick is dangerous.

Yep, both hooked together and up the middle.

Sad, but he recovered quickly.
Now it’s just a question of polishing what we’ve got.
It should go pretty well with what we've got.
