I have an iPad…case

I want an iPad.* I saved up my money when it was announced and ordered one the first day I could.
Lots of them have already been sent out to customers but, I ordered the one with the wireless modem, and those won’t ship for a while. (I’m told “late April” which I’m assuming will be somewhere between April 30th and April 45th.)
When I ordered it, I ordered a case too as I want to keep it in good condition.
Yesterday the case got here.**
So, that’s something, right?
It’s got a picture of an iPad on it.
Yeah. OK, that’s sad.
Well, I can still look forward to getting the filling for it.
* Don’t get after me on this. I know what I’m doing. I know it for what it is and will explain when I actually get it.
** I got a call from a FedEx guy saying “Is it OK if we leave this box from Apple with your neighbors?”
“Isn’t there an office of yours where I can come and pick it up?” I asked.
“Yes, but I’ve already rung your neighbor’s door bell,” he said. “He’s coming down the stairs now.”
I heard him tell the neighbor to hold the package for me.
“It’s all set, ask your downstairs neighbor when you get home,” he said and hung up.
It was very strange. No delivery person has ever done anything like that before.
While I appreciate the guy who lives downstairs holding it until my wife got it from him on her way home, I really wouldn’t have bothered him for it. The FedEx office is only 3 miles away and I can go get it if I need to.
