Insomnia

Been having a lot of trouble sleeping lately.
Not sure why.
Lots of possible things:
Work’s a mess.
Vision problems.
Around a year since my sister died. (No one knows when…)
Hurricane due the day after tomorrow.
Sense of impending doom.
Other stuff that follows rules like Fight Club.

Hopefully I’ll get some sleep.

I work in a unit with 200 people. We have not all been in office at the same time since the pandemic.

Last week one of our key softwares broke and we had to have everyone in office.

It was an experience. It is Friday and I'm completely exhausted.

I tell this to hopefully validate your feelings. Everyone kept saying how strange life has been lately. I've seen theses synchronicities at work before, but this week it was really marked.

These are really unusual times in which we live. You are doing your best.
