This week’s practice

As normal on our way to practice we passed the big polar bear at the edge of Worcester.


We were having a special guest instructor from a group that studies Persian martial arts. We’ve seen them at several other shows and they do good work.

We left some time before the special instructor so did some warm up and practice.


Then, our special instructor and his wife showed up.


It was an interesting class. Clearly we could only just scratch the surface of it.




We all had a good time.
