Deep South Day zero

The bags were packed, it was just a question of would they fit in my little car.


They would…


I’m not saying they were very heavy. But, after I carried them to the car the maintenance folks where we live came by and repaired out steps.


We were off to Boston before the new arrived.


We parked in my usual spot and headed in.


Despite announcements about it every 5 minutes, there seemed to be lots of folks not wearing masks. And, one not wearing a mask and playing a trumpet…


I did a count and it wasn’t that many, but still.


Soon we were on the plane watching the jetway pull away.


But, the snow had caught up, so deicing…


Then, off into the night.


It was uneventful going down the coast.


A few hours later and we were in Orlando with their terminal shuttle system.



Our hotel was at the airport, but had been infected with Cthulhu eyestalk reading lights




We didn’t turn our backs on them and slept well at the airport.
