This week’s practice

A warm and humid day, we headed off to practice in the hopes the rain would hold off.


We had more folks at practice than we have in a while, and gave out the Phoenix Swords masks to them.


We did all maintain distance, even if I tried to make it look like we were closer than we were.


Some sword work was done.


When the rain did start we moved in and discussed the safety procedures we’ll implement for the show that is apparently still on next month in New Hampshire.


Then, home in the rain. It was quite a lot of rain. I’m told there were tornadoes a way west of us.


When we got home there was a LOT of water in our parking lot. These photos of my feet in the main area, not where the water collects.




But, I did have to do the shopping, so off I went again. Maybe my being soggy is why the evil robot followed me around the store again.

It is quite creepy. The big googly eyes they put on the other side don't help...
