Florida day 2

Sunday we all got up early due to the daylight savings time change. This had no impact on how awake we were…

Then, off to the faire site again.

Casey bought a "Boston But" of meat for breakfast. I’m from Boston and was not aware of this…

I do think we may need new sword bags.

The faire is supposed to open at 10. But, the organizer usually starts letting people in about 9:30.
So, it was strange to us that at 10 there wasn’t a single audience member at our show. Or, anywhere we could see.
Then, Tom came running up and let us know that the organizer had missed the daylight savings time thing and not shown up. So, bunches of folks were out at the font gate and couldn’t get in.
So, we picked up all the swords and went out into the parking lot to do the show in front of the line.

Once the organizer showed up and people started going in, we moved it all to the proper stage. But, we lost a lot of folks who spread out when they got in.

But, they came back for the goofy pirate show.

The kid of glass is never going to win that tug of war with me.

It takes more than one skinny kid to get me to move.

But, he does win in the end…

My wife does get Casey too.

Then, the fire show. The person who works the front gate tells us that the only thing he hears better feedback with than us is the joust. They have their own national TV show. So, that’s doing pretty well.

The other camera’s photos of the fire show got a lot with the sun in the background. Normally that’s bad. But, it seemed to work this time.

When packing up the moon came out to visit. I always like the moon…

And, there was a lot with baby goats…

Once packed up, dinner and then the meeting to go over how it went.
