I gave folks the option Sunday of sleeping in or having me buy breakfast for them.
I was glad to have breakfast.

Then, off through the fog to the show.

Tom often does a magic rain dance with an umbrella to keep rain away.

And, after the dance, a bit of sun came out and it got drier.

We did do our first show at the tent to help keep the swords dry.

I did get hit by Tom twice. Once in the arm, because I didn’t block right. Once in the hand because that happens some times.
My shoulder is still quite bruised a week later…

Glad I had three layers of clothing on…
Mike still did his magic shows.

It was so windy the umbrella on my drink flipped backwards.

In the middle of the afternoon, the woman who is our main contact came to me and said "A big storm is approaching with more than 70 mile and hour winds (110kph). Take your tent down and get it in your van."
The guy who pays us said "but, still do your fire show for the folks under the big roof…"

It rained quite hard.

We waited the worst of it out in the van.

I didn’t see the tornado go over. The woman who told us to pack our tent said she did. And, I believe her.
Wynnie got some good shots of the lightning after the storm went over.

Even when we got out there was a lot of rain still coming down.

We did do our fire show under the big roof they usually leave for the jousters.

I had moved the van very close to the show, so we didn’t have to carry stuff too far through the rain.

Then, back to Pensacola.

I used the many $5 bills for the group’s dinner.

We went to a place in walking distance.

Then, the after show meeting and bed.
