Florida day 1

We slept a bit late as we got in at 2AM, but the sun wasn’t all that high when we woke up.


Nice view from the balcony of our room.


It is a bit over an hour from Orlando to where my wife’s uncle and aunt live.


They live in a community where you must be over 55 to even live there.



There are enough golf carts there to have golf cart crossings.


Probably just me, but it seems like robots are running the place.


My wife’s aunt decorates for Christmas a lot. Even the bathroom.



It’s a nice enough place they have there.


Clearly the whole place is set up around folks from the north.


We set off in their SUV to go out to dinner.


The next place down from where they live is one of the biggest retirement places.


We went to the AS steakhouse.



Then, back to their place.



It was a nice visit, and my wife seemed to enjoy it a lot.


On our way home there was an amazing moon rise.
