Week in photos
Aug. 12th, 2017 01:58 pmIt’s still summer here, but the sun is certainly lower in the sky when I leave for work than 2 months ago.

I don’t know if it is the sun the eyes, but there were a lot of traffic problems this week.

But, it was shown to me that there are worse trucks to be stuck behind in heavy traffic than the grocery store one.

Wednesday was the company outing. It’s a place that started as an ice cream place, but has grown. And, in some strange ways.

They need more parking spaces as we had to go to what was basically a dirt pit.

It was OK.

I did not play golf.

I did leave early and go home.

This seemed to have support from above.

One night we went shopping and I saw a $100 hot sauce.

No, I didn’t buy it. I don’t like hot sauce that much!
Friday was game night and it was a cookout.

If it was winter, I’d say the sky looked like snow…

But, it was nice and warm, so no snow.

My wife likes toasting marshmallows, so there were smores.

We played Oregon trail again.

We all died again. Only a bit worrying as I’ll be out that way next week…

We didn’t stay late as planned to get up early.

Sadly the folks we were going to go visit this weekend were sick, so instead we went to breakfast.

The strange sky continued.

As we wouldn’t be using it, I dropped my car off for some service and we walked home.

The moon watched us. We’ll see how it does next week…
