Sunday Tom was having a big party with friends, family and coworkers.
He wanted to show off what he does on weekends with us, so he asked if we could do a sword and fire show for the party.
He’s done shows with us for 13 years. Of course we said yes.

He lives about an hour north east of us, so we set off to his place.

It was a nice fall drive.

When we first got there, we practiced. Always good to do that before the audience shows up…

Eventually the other folks got there. We started with the sword show while it was still light out.

It went well.

My wife got revenge for me.

Well, for a bit.

Come on, it was Tom’s party. Of course he got to win…

After sunset, we switched to fire.

Tom is a bank manager for his day job, and actually had some of the folks he works with light his head on fire.

My boss is bald too, but I’ve never done that.

Then, the show was over and it was time to pack up and go home.

It was too dark for still photos for the fire, so I took a lot of video.
