There were some fantastic sunsets this week.

My wife did some experimental baking this week. First mango cookies.
Then, she tried a marshmallow cake.

It was not they prettiest cake ever.

But, it tasted good.
This week there was another forecast of a storm like a few weeks ago. As with a few weeks ago, the amount we were going to get changed almost every time I checked.
But, by the time to leave for work, there wasn’t much snow.

It seemed a bit worse on the roads.

But, it was a bit slow going.
As I got to work, it still wasn’t that much snow.

But, it kept coming.

It did get a bit deep.

I decided to leave about 2:30 to make sure I could drive home before dark.
I was a bit worried my little car wouldn’t get over the snow bank the plow left behind my car.
But, it managed.

It was a bit slippery going home.

I did see a few problems on my way home.

And, some bad driving.

The roads in town were not that great.

They were still working on removing the snow where I live.

I decided to go out and get some photos as it was very pretty.

The clouds had parted and the setting sun was lighting up the snow.

My wife arrived home while I was taking photos.

I’m glad she has her car back and did OK in the snow.
