A lazy Sunday

After being cloudy for several days, today was clear and sunny.


Where we were, there was very little snow. Maybe 1" (3cm) or so. I know south of here they got up to 40 times that.

Even an hour south of here they got 10 to 12 times that.

We brushed our cars off fairly quickly.


Most of the snow on my car turned out to be from the snow blower the maintenance folks used on the walkway anyhow…


The snow had cancelled pretty much everything today, including our normal sword practice.


So, we parked our cars in the sun, where they defrosted quite well.


We mostly played WOW all day.
Then, went for pizza for dinner.

We really didn't get very much at all.
The worst was 500km south of us. They got close to a meter.

There seems to be a lot less snow this year than last year from what I remember from your photos - is that right?

Correct.
At this point last year we had more than half a meter.
Now we have zero. Doesn't matter if you go by meters or inches.

Everything we got Sunday melted by Tuesday when the temperature got up to 15C.

What no one know is: Is this a VERY mild winter, or is it just going to hit us hard in the second half?

Most of me thinks that snow is rubbish. The remainder reminds me that it can be hilarious to drive in. Especially if you have no qualms with looking through side windows.
