Jul. 27th, 2008 10:04 pmSo, what does my wife do to her teeth?

I guess I can see why our dentist had some concerns over it.

This weekend we had Casey perform with us. That’s always nice when we can get him. He’s one of the first two folks who did fire with our group. In fact trying to lure him to our group was the reason we said we were willing to do it at all.
He has been juggling devil sticks for more than half his life. And flaming ones for 6-7 years.

He is very good at it.

It looks more impressive without the flash on the camera.

These days he does a trick where he holds it in his mouth and does a flip across the field. With the long shutter speed looks different than real life.

Tom’s been getting better at his flaming sticks as well. He only started doing them 2 weeks ago, but they look pretty good.

My wife’s meteors are always impressive. She’s the only one in our group that does them. Most of the other people who have tried have hurt themselves. But, she’s gotten better and better at them

She does one trick with spinning them in two different planes. I keep the fire proof blanket ready just in case, but she’s never had a problem.

Somehow at the end of the show I ended up with a flaming F. Being the initial of my name and stage name, I thought that pretty cool.
