We never saw the person in charge. There was this theory that some time they would come by to check on how things were going. Maybe tomorrow.
It might well be a case that they were told to set up there. The event is not well organized. Our name is only on one side of the sign, and not the side where they set up. The person who told them might well not have know there was a name on the other side.
