Week in photos

The moon as been in the morning sky all week. So, I keep trying to take photos of it.


The week also had a lot of damp weather. That often makes for pretty sun rises.


It’s watching me…


About noon the other day I saw this bird with a worm. It was not at all early.
My expectations were shattered.


Big clouds.


One day the big storms spawned a tornado while I was at work.


The highway was happy to warn me about this 3 hours after it passed.


But, clearly a storm had been through. Lots of damage to trees and other things.



But, it resulted in a rainbow.

OK, you can tell better when I rolled down the window. It was actually a double rainbow.


Strangely the day after the storm there was a huge traffic jam.

Big clouds, not another tornado.


Thursday we bought enough Chinese food to fill a box. I was still having it for breakfast today.

Friday we went back to the town where my wife went to high school to meet people she has never mentioned in the 32 years 23 days we have been together.

There was a live band. So, very difficult for me to hear anyone. I ended up having a long talk with someone even my wife had never met before.
But, we got to come home. Yay.

I love being able to see the moon during the day. It looks really awesome! Looks like we have both seen some nice rainbows recently :)

You get tornados where you live?

Not very often. Once or twice a year.
But, sometimes they do a LOT of damage. There was one just west of here about 5 years ago and you can still see the path it left in the forest.
