When we got home from work yesterday we packed up the beef and headed to [livejournal.com profile] yebo and [livejournal.com profile] zosh’s house.

As it was cooked the night before, we really only had to heat it up last night.

[livejournal.com profile] zosh peeled the carrots, I peeled the potatoes. We moved the beef over to a warming pan and cooked the vegetables in the beef water. (Yes, full of fat. But, that makes it taste really good even if sends doctors into conniptions.)

Everyone seemed to like it.

There wasn’t a lot of beef left when we finished.

I’m told it started at 15 pounds, not the 10 I thought last night. And, there was a bit more left then the picture shows. But, still about 7/8 of it went. So, I guess they liked it.

It was also nice to see Tom and Brett. They got engaged last Friday and are very excited about it.

We did play some games. It is game night after all.
We tried playing Illuminatti. I had played an earlier version of this back in the 80’s. But, this seemed to be very complex and fairly slow with a lot of folks playing it.

So, some of us played to lose.
This is not why Tom started getting undressed.

Really, it has nothing to do with it. Trust me on that.

But, just in case, some of us started playing the Girl Genius game.

Tom lost no more clothes and folks seemed happy about that.

A few of the folks went on to play one of the more complex games while we did that.

They were still working out the rules when we finished our first game of GG. They had actually started playing by the time we finished the second game and decided it was time to go home.
They might still be there now...
