Insomnia

So I worked out what % of my life I lived in the 20th century. And, how long I have to live in the 21st to even it out.
The problem is do I use the official start date of the 21st century (1/1/01) or the one most people think counted (1/1/00)?

I've also calculated out the gravitational attraction between the planets to see about this 2012 thing. Even if all the planets line up it is only an increase of 0.0012% of the pull on the Sun. Don't see how that would really matter...

Not really helping

We’ve had a whole lot of rain lately. Yesterday the roof where I worked started to leak in several different places. You could tell because big water stains started appearing on the ceiling tiles in several places.
So, they called the landlord who promised to come right over and do something about it.
And, he did.
He came over and changed the ceiling tiles for new ones.

Today it is still raining.
Guess what? New water stains have shown up!
I guess it would be a good thing if I were a ceiling tile vendor…
