Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays to everyone!

I’m afraid my wife and were not very Christmasy this year. It’s the first year in almost a decade we didn’t go to Florida to see my cousins there. I’m a sad about that, but my wife is right that it would be too much with all else going on.

We spent a good bit of yesterday and today cleaning, doing laundry and packing.
The good news is the place will be clean when we get home.

If you’re interested we’re taking flights:
QR 0744 & QR 0904 getting there and
QR 905 & QR 743 coming home…

Never been to Qatar before, or flown Qatar Airlines. We’ll see how that goes.

Looks like there is a problem with the apartment we’re renting. I paid hotels.com for it in full in July. Today the apartment place wrote to me asking when they’d get their money.
Sadly, Christmas morning is not a good time to get an answer from hotels.com…

They won’t open until I’m in the air over the Atlantic. Hopefully they’ll work it out.
I don’t want to pay twice.
