Taxes not done

Being snowed in today, I decided to work on our taxes.
But, I can't finish them.
The government can't decide how much I should owe for last year.
They also say they will give me a credit for a hybrid car, but they can't decide how much.
Hope they decide soon...

Gotta love government vagueness. I hope they let you know soon so you can get tax out of the way!

It is because there were a bunch of automatic spending cuts in the government budget that automatically took effect at the start of the year. Some of them are for tax credits and things like that. No one is sure yet which credits they'll cut. I hope they decide soon.
