The passing of my memory card
My favorite memory card for my camera died last night.
It was very sad.
It is one of those SD cards that can bend in the middle and be its own USB
jack. So you don’t need an adaptor or reader to use it.
But, something happened to its little lock button and it fell off.
So, the card is locked forever.
I tried to hot wire it, but it didn’t work.
Sad.
It was extra sad as last week I bought a new 4GB card to make sure I had
enough storage for the weekend. I can’t find where I put it. And, I
looked all over last night.
It’s probably in the car.
But, it is still sad.

I put it in the consol storage area so I wouldn't forget it.
6 days later, I remembered that.

And then, a couple days laters, we have no friggin clue where it went to.
It got so bad last year, that I started to keep a log in a notebook of "Things which I have misplaced". I figured that when I found something, I could check it off the list, and possibly, the action might even jar my brain into remembering where I might have left something else from the list.
Of course, I then lost the notebook with the list.
I just found it today.
My universe works differently from most others.
Item #1 MIND
Jar.. Brain.. (Abby Normal?) too easy.. but worth a check.
Yup, Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.
