I remember when I stopped buying premium gas because it got to be $1.00 and that was just too much to pay for gas.
I remember when $1 a gallon made national news.

I remember when my mother would give me $2 and ask me to get gas in the car! In those days it was about 30 cents a gallon.

It's 4.04 here for regular... depending on the station.

That's why I go out of my way not to buy gas in CT.
