So, what happens in Arizona?

This evening we were watching a couple of movies on AMC about an illegal alien who comes to this country as a child, but grows up and becomes a champion of truth, justice and the American way.
So, it makes me wonder what would happen now if Kal El showed up in Arizona with their law about illegal immigration.
I mean, it doesn’t really matter how long he lived in Kansas, does it?
He’s taking American jobs in Metropolis and was born on Krypton.
He isn’t hard to spot in the red and blue.
Would the Arizona state police go after him?

The state police have be authorized to stop and inspect anyone they think might be an illegal alien.
Since he is public about it and dresses distinctively, I'd think he counts.
