Deep south adventures day 14

Our flight took off about midnight and flew through the night towards Florida.


We got there just about dawn.


I did worry some when this woman sat in the gate area with no mask on, coughing…

You’ll notice the lack of folks sitting near her.

This is the only flight on the whole trip where my wife and I didn’t get to sit together.


But, it is still less than an hour from Miami to Orlando.


Once more, a crowded baggage claim.


It may not be clear in the photo, but one woman just fainted and fell to the ground while waiting.


We got our rental car, complete with dents.


We got to the hotel, checked in and slept for about 14 hours.

I’m kinda surprised no one from the airline came by to give her a mask!

Yeah, traveling is exhausting. I’m guessing you didn’t sleep at all on the overnight flight.

She had a mask and pulled it up if anyone from the airline was nearby.
But, as soon as they weren't looking, she'd pull it down again.

Ugh! People like that are the worst. She knew she was breaking the rules, and did it anyway. =(

And, since she was coughing continuously, can't even make the argument of "well, I don't need it as I'm not sick", which I hear a lot...
