Fire show for the Cub Scouts

It was another sunny fall day today as I set of for errands.

Some of the trees are very into the fall.

Some, not.

Going into Worcester I went by one of my favorite views.

I stopped by to see Iron Man, but he wasn’t home.

I did see some ninja’s attacking a house. I didn’t try and stop them.

My wife and I went to our favorite deli for lunch but brought it home to eat.

As it is supposed to get down to freezing tonight, we brought out plants in.

Then, we set off for the show.

We picked up our stuff at storage and headed out.

It was still a very nice day.

I tried to stop at the rest area, but the line was too long for me.

The Google directions took us down a lot of back roads.

But, we got to the church where our show was.

Lots of room to set up the show.

The moon was watching.

I brought the infra red camera too.

Once the sun set, we were ready for the show.

Showtime.

You can see me taking my wife’s picture with the infrared camera. And, the photos I was taking.

I did the fire sticks.

The other new person did her fire dance. She’s been getting better at it.

My wife did her fire balls.

Then, the new guy and I did the fire swords.

We got home in time to stop at the market. Some people REALLY don’t pay attention to that don’t park in the fire lane stuff.

Very cool!!

Did you have a good turnout?

Your daytime photos are beautiful. I find the colours are so much brighter in the fall. So pretty.

We were doing it for a cub scout troupe. The whole troupe showed up. So, I guess that would be a good turn out.

I honestly don't care about the size of the audience as long as they like the show.
And, they seemed to like it.

I also like the fall. It is my favorite time of year.

Very cool...well, I guess if you are working with fire cool isn't the right adjective.

It looks like an amazing day. Great pictures!

The show was in CT past Hartford, so even WAM isn't that close...

The rolling hills of the autumn colours are spectacular!
I love seeing your photos of everyday life.

Do you snap photos with your phone or do you carry a camera?

Most of the photos are from my camera. I only use the phone when I can't get to the camera for some reason. (Or, if I'm in a meeting or something and trying to sneak a photo.)

It's a fairly basic point and shoot: Cannon Powershot 330.
