The continuing adventures in customer service
Best Buy sent me a request for a survey on my experience on Sunday.
So. I filled it out honestly.
Two days later I got this.
Not exactly a full apology. But, better than nothing I guess.

Huh. Maybe he should be more concise and polite in his wording the next time he "asks" a customer to step aside for the next in line.

It's good that he responded. I still get the impression that he was reluctant to give you even that. Hopefully things will change in the future.
