It is the time of year when I am usually driving before the sun comes up, but it is still a bit light out.


And, the sun goes down just before I get home.


It makes for some interesting skies.


The other day I’m sure I saw the ship from the old Starblazers cartoon.

I know this sign is for the impending election. But, it makes me think some poor guy named Galvin is being ordered to get out and vote.


How can I not follow this truck when it is going down the only road that goes where I want to go?


The truck in the middle lane gave off so much smoke I was afraid it was on fire. But, it was just polluting a lot.


20 years ago when I used to drive this road my biggest problem was that I might get caught for speeding as everyone was going 20 miles per hour above the speed limit.
These days I consider it good to get to half the speed limit.


Thursday we did our sword fighting with our friend Amy.


She’s the only one who can remember all of the proper hand placements.


So, we made her pose with them while palusbuteo did captions.

(Both posing and captions were my wife’s idea.)

Then, the rest of us tried to get it right.
