Do I need a funny hat for this phishing?

This is great!
All I’ve got to do is give this general in Benin my personal information and he’ll put some guy on a plane with two bags of five million dollars each for me!
As he doesn’t say how he heard of me, or why I’m getting this money I’m putting it down to a reward for my giving a dollar to that guy asking for money in New York City last year. I’m sure the karmic reward is a ten million times return on that, right?

But, the real question is this:
This courier is going to be carrying my ten million dollars across the world for me. Do I tip him?
If so, how much?
He’s not supposed to know he’s carrying cash, so he won’t know what percentage of it I give him.
I usually tip the pizza guy two to five dollars depending on the order he delivers.
But, he’s only going one quarter of a mile.
Benin is about 5195 miles from my apartment. So, if I tip the pizza man five for a quarter of a mile, I’d need to tip this guy $103,900 for coming to my place from Benin.
That’s only a 1% tip.
