Apparently the old adage isn't true - "Beggars CAN be choosers!". Oh well.

If someone is playing an instrument, or singing, or "busking" in some useful/entertaining manner or at least making an effort to do something to earn something even if they suck - I will toss them some money. But, people just demanding money from me only get my scorn. This also goes for those slobs that smear goo all over the windshield at intersections. Sorry, that's how I roll. I used to be more soft hearted, but no longer where panhandlers are concerned.
