Sorry to hear this, I hope that things do get much better for you and you can eventually get back to one (or none) pills per day.

At least (Except for tomorrow) the weather should be improving so it will be easier to get out and take a walk to "de-pressurize" from time to time. Maybe get in an extra trip or two around the office complex in mid-afternoon..
