One of my former girlfriends in college came from a family without much money, but with a bunch of kids. So, she got a lot of tuition help.
One year it was enough to pay all her tuition and she used the rest to go to Hawaii. I thought that a bit much. I thought her getting help with tuition was fine. Trips to tropical islands, not so much.
