Week in photos

A week ago Sunday was the last of the Revels Sunday concerts. We’ve enjoyed them a lot and are sad they are over.

We also got Chinese food to enjoy during it.

My wife got us rabbits fighting with sword and buckler shirts. That’s the technique we did in German, but not with bunnies.

Spring is finally here. I’m hoping it is the end of frost on the roof for a bit.

But, the pollen is still quite bad.

The good news is when these things fall from the trees the pollen is done.

Pokemon Go seems to have a strange idea of hazardous conditions. Sunny?

The supermarket is still low on paper products, but I did get some towels.

Friday we did a game night where we played a subway game.

I did OK the first time, but not the second.

For the New Hampshire On Line Renaissance Faire we were doing a live introduction to our video from our living room. So, we needed to make it look less modern.

Our friend Mike who has done some shows with us was on at noon.

Our friend Winne who has done a bunch of shows with us was part of a singing group at 2.

Rosalita’s puppets, who we used to do shows with when we started Phoenix Swords in 2002, was on before us.

I got back into my Germany outfit for it.

OK, from the waist up.

Then, we were on, doing an intro to our fire show video.

Then, more intro to the sword fight video.

The number of viewers went up as our video went on. That’s nice.

The folks doing the commentary seemed most impressed with the giant fork and spoon from the museum in Germany. We explained cutlery grows large there.

It was a fund raiser and the host said he’d have his hair cut if they reached $3,000. So:

Yesterday my wife and I went out as the weather was very nice. But, still a lot of pollen.

The supermarket might not have many paper goods, but the pharmacy does.

I got another two months of supplies.

Then, up to the center of town for Pokemon Go.

The weather was very nice.

Today I’m trying to do laundry.
But, one of the neighbors put theirs in the machine and walked away for a few hours. They told me later that their child was talking a nap, so they couldn’t finish the laundry.
I have to admit, I don’t see the connection and remain quite frustrated that I lost several hours to that.
They live just below us, so maybe it is a comment on living under fat people who shake their apartment. Don’t know.
Hopefully some time today they’ll finish and I’ll get to do mine…
