Gulf Coast Ren Faire, Part 4

Monday morning I got up at 4:30 to bring Tom to the airport. The temperature that dropped to 4C from the 25 it had been the day before. This resulted in the inside of the van being coated with water.


We got it cleaned and I dropped off Tom.
Then, repacking before we set off.


We were still on the road before 8.


The area starts off pretty flat.


There did seem to be a lot of police activity.


And, some construction that just stopped us for a while.


We stopped by the Peachoid for dinner.



While showing off, Jose managed to lose a ring in his iced tea.


Still a long way from the Peachoid home.


We drove through the night.


And were in Connecticut by morning.


I am solar powered, so that made it easier.


It had snowed even more while we were away.


Eventually we saw Orson again.


Soon after, the hill we live on came into view.
