Week in photos
Last Sunday my wife was off doing her fairy stuff, so I went to sword practice alone.
It wasn’t a nice day.

It wasn’t raining, but it had the night before so there was a lot of water around.

Sad my wife wasn’t there, as her favorite flowers were in bloom.

The landlord of our practice ground was giving away free phone cases. But, none fit any of our phones.

The rain stayed away, so we did the practice outdoors.

The woman of glass still isn’t up for sword fights. Her husband just had both hands operated on for carpel tunnel. So, I practice my fight with their son and the kid they bring to practice with them.
That was about it.
(This is why I hadn’t done photos from it earlier…)
Lots of folks are moving out of our apartment complex this month. We’re halfway between a medical school and a veterinarian school. So, we get a lot of students from both staying here while they get their degrees.
But, when they’re done they move out and don’t look back.

This makes for some strange trash.

It is nice to have the leaves on the trees.

There are flowers blooming too.

But, lots of pollen and it is hard to breathe.
I ordered a miniature solar system. But, I got two Jupiters and no Mercury.
They company says they’ll fix that, but hasn’t yet.

It was a strange week weatherwise.

I did level up in Pokemon Go.

There did seem to be a theme of morning doves too.

Friday we crossed the lake for game night.

Our hosts had a new grill.

The moon was out.

That attracts doves, right?

It also brings out the young rabbits.

We played the sequel to a game we’ve played in the past.

It has lots of little knights.

And, the queen.

My kingdom won.

Mostly because I had a large number of heavily armored knights that taxed the locals.

What can I say, tradition…
Then back over the bridge of lights.
